Rich Magianni has posted his slides from his entertaining presentation at our April 2009 chapter meeting. My favorite part: the number one best way to listen? Shut up. Funny but so true. What I enjoyed most about the presentation was the way it made us think about the act of listening. It’s way to easy to get on auto-pilot when working with and talking to people.
