Q: How do I join STC?

A: To apply for STC membership, request an STC membership application from the Phoenix Chapter Membership Manager.

For further STC membership information, visit the Society Membership page which provides applications for membership, abstracts for journal and proceedings articles, member count for individual chapters, etc.

Members are assigned to the chapter that is closest to where they live, so you will be assigned to the Phoenix Chapter. Once your application has been processed, you will receive in the mail information about STC. After that, the newsletters (Intercom and the Rough Draft) will start arriving. You will also receive the quarterly journal Technical Communication.


Q: I'm a member and my address has just changed. Who do I contact to update my file?

A: To change your STC membership information, visit the Society's Address Changes/Updates page.

A: You can submit an article by email to the newsletter editor.
